A buddy asked me to join him for RR4 just a few years ago. . That event was the start of a great mid life crisis. I followed up with taking driving school, getting my regional then national SCCA racing license. Last week I towed my 65 down to Laguna on a Uhaul trailer and set up and raced my car in Group 3. Though I was out powered and out driven I had a terrific time setting up my car and racing.
I can't say enough about Porsche, The staff of Laguna Seca especially Ardelle Lind, and huge supporters such as Canepa and others.
A dream weekend.
Great weekend huh! Must have been a blast racing amongst that packed grid. Were you the #84 car?
