Thread: California Porshe Restoration. CPR

    California Porshe Restoration. CPR

    I volunteer with Seniors
My client Hans (86 years old)sent his car to CPR in fall of 2022
(1970, fully restored 911, owned since new by Hans)
It's almost been a year since CPR sold it (can't get exact date from them)
They have refused to pay Hans, constant lies, several times stating check was sent, including fake tracking number.
Several times Andrea Doherty (owner along with her brother) stated she wired funds, all lies
Now she won't return my calls or texts.
I want everyone to know of this.
Police won't help. CA DMV won't help
    FBI won't help.
Any suggestions to help Hans get his life saving back from this wicked wicked deed.

Wish I had a solution for you other than to hire an attorney, which is what I did. I too was ripped off by CPR Classic who was helped by a member of this forum.

Don’t give up, file a claim and help put a stop to these thieves.

    Thanks!!
Original owner, all documentation needed. I just talked to several other victims today.
I think CA DMV is negligent is letting all this continue with over 30 lawsuits in play.

I also had a very negative experience having CPR sell My 356 years ago. Tons of excuses. Had to beg to get paid. It was horrific.

The people who have been defrauded by CPR should contact the San Diego County District Attorney's Office and raise a stink. I am sure they are also probably guilty of a variety of federal offenses, such as wire fraud and the like. I am one of the lucky people who figured out that they were a bunch of crooks before buying a car from them.
