    the 2 badges i posted earlier had those washed out strange kind of dirty looking coloration.
    I tried to compound it to see if i could bring out a better color and no bueno.
    I would have thought that as Haul suggest the enamle would be perinent.
    Funny....
    I did enamel art works as a boy scout (age6)
    but cant remember all the steps.

    Me too, 4H camp,, I remember the copper shapes, applying the enamel dust through a sifter like flour. Firing in the kiln. Have often thought of getting a small craft kiln.
