As you can see one panel has one rectangular electronic part, the other two. Why?

Can any or both be used for his 73 CIS? If not what does a correct one look like?

    Thanks

The missing part is the RPM transducer or speed switch for the anti backfire switching on an MFI car , but it seems they both have a relay for the cold start so neither one is really correct for CIS ,
    so either one .

    Thanks for answering

Basic question is can he use it? I need to ship it to him and want to ship something he can use.
Do you have a picture of a correct panel? Is any of the other correct?
