Hi Cees - I think the one you posted is 91164110300 not 10400 due to the metric and "druck" markings.

The good news is that I have managed to find the one I need with B marking and "Press" and with the same date stamp as my other gauges. Apparently these B marked gauges are rare due to the short period they were made and many have been scooped up for RS replicas.

    Kind Regards
    Gitesh

    Hi.
Mine came back, all solders ,crimp, checked etc. he's not sure exactly what the problem was but back in the car and a run together showed no fluctuation at all so in the clear.

Interesting comment on the RS usage, did not realise they were the same.
My car is a '73 E F Series, gauge date matches all others within a month or so.

My guy also had a quartz movement for my clock, which has never worked properly in my 18 years ownership , but does now

Cost me though, but I am happy with the result,

    regards

    Bruce

Know this thread is 3 1/2 years old but what the. I have the gauge you mentioned with date of 4/73 with "B" above OIL. If you or any members are interested, let me know. Any idea for price?

    Tom,

Happy New Year! Long shot here on an old post, but here goes.

I am looking for the two red indicator warning light lenses that go behind the face of a 1970 - 1971 911S/E VDO Oil Pressure/Temp Gauge.

The usual suspects, North Hollywood, Palo Alto, and HSI are all in very low supply of these lens and will not part with any without a full gauge rebuild. Palo Alto Speedo says that they make their own, but do not have any translucent plastic to make any more at this time.

I just got some red plastic in, so I will try to mold a couple myself.

Any chance you may have any or know of a source?
