    The Bob Joyce thread!: Restoration of a 1968 911 L Targa

    Kind of fitting that, today for Memorial Day Weekend. That All of the body is complete for re-assembly. All of the upholstery hangers, wiring harness hangers and all and any welding and
    fabricating is complete. Approximately April 2018 to today May 2021...
    These photos show that the top garnish rails on the doors and rear quarter panel line up so that when i get the door aluminum trim strips, they will line-up with the quarter panel aluminum trim.

    blacked out every thing ..
    I will next selectively mask off the blacked out features.
    Then under coat the entire area.
    After that .... shoot the body color paint over the entire area

    Shot the final clear coat on the wind shield surround and cowl. also
    shot the final clear coat in the rear turn signal housings...
