I was driving over Loveland Pass yesterday and saw a beautiful White with Green highlights Lotus Cortina. We high fived each other. It was a really nice one.

There is just something about 67's. I had a 67 bus, a 67 Datsun, love the 67 Alfa GTA, 67 Nova's, 67 Falcon's, 67 F1 cars, etc.
Add about 30 hp, a lot of torque, and take 80 pounds off behind the rear axle of the 67 tub. When I look at a 911 or 912 what I see is a 900 series SWB or LWB Porsche tub. Now look at all the part choices that will fit and have fun. What I like about this thread is most of these cars are early enough that the owners can work on them.
By the way if you want a lower torque high hp 2CAM4 that acts more like an S engine there are 2.4's and 2.5's with different pistons and big cams making 225 plus hp.
That being said, I'm a little curious about the next Subaru BRZ for 2022. There are times when good heat and air conditioning come in handy.

here my built 67 BMW engine 4 different exhaust headers.
I have no current digram but I gained much torque since then. Will be on the dyno again after finishing my next iteration.

Very cool. HP sells and torque puts a smile on the drivers face.
That's a lot of get up and go for a 2002. I like it. Was the displacement increased?

No it‘s still 2 Liter but a built engine (pistons, cam, valves, intake, exhaust, 40hrs in porting and combustion chamber changes.
With 2.3 Liters it would have 200+hp for a street engine. Current 2 Liter 8 valve Race Engines built to fia rules are 250+hp but they’re 30hrs until rebuild
