Ahhhh the sixties... I envision myself one early Saturday morning wearing plaid shorts, black shoes with white socks smoking a cigarette heading to the hardware store to buy a bag of nails.
SWB cars are an acquired taste however once acquired theirs no turning back.

Or sometimes they need a hard kick in the ass. Three weeks and no car, no communication, no nuttin'. Last time I put an engine in a 911 by myself it took about 6 hours working slowly and deliberately so it didn't fall off my Rube Goldberg jack arrangement. So 3 weeks seems like a bit much.

    Sigh.

Well, it's now 2 months since I heard from Robert Gross. The weather is gorgeous up here in SW Ontario and my kidney function is down another 10%. Looks like I may never see this car again. Be kind to my widow when she puts it up for sale (if it comes to that) Then again, she's an ex-lawyer, so I wish you all luck! She's pretty shrewd. Of course RM Auctions is just down the road from us as well, so there's that route.

Hard to feel upbeat even on a gorgeous spring day. Hope it's lovely wherever you all are and you are lucky enough to be driving your long hoods into spring.

This is about the worst behavior I have ever heard. He is not responding to me either.

    I am sad for you.
Not being there, is it at all possible to retrieve all that's yours and bring it home? From there, at least you'd have something to work with.
