    These are one of the great joys in life. I hope everyone enjoys theirs in good health, and doesn't worry too much about "the money". Life is short, and longhoods are cool.

    I recieved a great email from who I thought was the original owner!

    Turns out his friend bought it new in the summer of 1969. Original owner was a PhD math student, and after 6 months of ownership, he moved to Norway and sold the car to the long-time second owner 1969 through mid 1990s.

    I thought the car was purchased at Martin-Johnson Porsche Audi because all the early records were from that dealership, but it turns out it was purchased at Berkey Lee in Albany CA. Armed with that knowledge, I immediately found this, and bought it
