Looks good, my only advice is as soon as you get the cage in just get cams certification for the cage straight away.
You don't need to finish the car, so that if cams made changes to their cage schedule you don't get caught out.

So the cage comes with certification for the build, I then install it, and then I get a CAMS official to come around and have a look and sign off? Is that how it works?

There is a separate form for the cage. My cage builder fill it in for me and I sent it in.
They may or may not need to inspect. This is about 4 years ago. Email CAMS they can answer it for you, they are not too bad with replying to emai.
Thanks Hung
I'll make contact with CAMS up here to make sure I'm all good.
Matt, blue car is coming along glacially
In all honesty it just needs the Crane ignition units wired in, fuel plumbed, oil, carbs tuned and then wheel alignments and corner balance. I'm rebuilding the blower/fresh air unit at the moment with new seals and then it's done.
I've also picked up a 380mm wheel and butterfly - it'll look awesome, but I need to get new leather for the wheel. Bad photo below, but you get the idea...

Geting close! Looking forward to seeing it in the flesh.
Im getting some vintage sports seats done in the same tartan, they look great!!
I thought of you when I ordered my 15x7 & 8 wheels when it came to tyres. I found some V rated tyres in 195/65 or 205/60 and 225/60 (i think 215/60 as well). Maxxis MA P1 from JAX.. nice cheap alternative with matching front and rear. Im going with 195/65 & 225/60.
I wont be driving hard on the street and will use my 16's or another set of 15's for the track.

Thanks Ryan, that's what AGI indicated. When I logbook the car they will review/inspect everything but the cage will already have been certified.
