    Dealer Description:

**Chassis 9110300157 was sold new by Porsche Cars Great Britain in November 1969 and has remained in the UK ever since. The car presents well in the rare special order colour of Signal Orange (1414) with a Black Leatherette interior.

In 2013-2014, a notable English Porsche enthusiast collector began a bare shell restoration of the car. It maintains its matching numbers gearbox and, while the original engine cases remain with the car, a NOS original Porsche crankcase was used for the full engine rebuild.

Cosmetically, the body is in very smart condition having done limited miles since completion.

    Dealer Description:

Gemini Blue Metallic with Black Recaro sport seats and Black German square weave carpeting, Numbers Matching, Original colors, 190 BHP, 2.4 liter with Bosch mechanical injection, 5-speed 915 gearbox, Porsche Certificate of Authenticity, Complete ownership and service histories.

This 911 was equipped with rare Recaro sport seats with headrests, Koni shocks absorbers, Fog lights, Heated glass, Tinted front and side glass and Forged alloy Fuchs 6x15-inch wheels.

This 911 S came off the Zuffenhausen production line in October of 1972 destined for its first registered owner a resident of Modena, Italy, Mr. Gian Piero del Sante. Kept in this ownership for thirteen years, it was then sold to its next custodian, a resident of the city of Trento, Northern Italy. It was kept in this ownership for the next fourteen years until being sold to its next owner in the United Kingdom.

The 911 S would stay in this ownership for the next twenty years. In this ownership, the 911 S was maintained regardless of use or cost by only UK Porsche marque specialists, mostly Maxted-Page Ltd. and Prill Porsche Classics. In 2018, this 911 S was sold to its next custodian finding itself within a wonderful collection of Porsche and Ferrari motorcars.

This 911 has had only four owners from new. In absolutely incredible condition having been sympathetically restored when and where needed, it shows superb originally and only a mild honest patina throughout.

Relatively few of these S Coupes were produced in 1973; just 1,430 cars total, and only 524 of those were designated for the U.S. market. Their relative scarcity and fully evolved specification of the 1965-73 911 production run means these models are always in demand by knowledgeable Porsche enthusiasts and collectors alike.

On offer in meticulously maintained condition, this 911 S wears its original factory color combination of Gemini Blue/Black, retains its matching numbers engine and gearbox, has full ownership and service history and its Porsche Certificate of Authenticity. Complete with its original tools and factory jack, this is an extremely rare opportunity to purchase what is considered by many to be the ultimate 911 of its era and the last long hood, early production 911's.

Recently serviced, this 911 S is ready for immediate use and enjoyment.
