    Over on Pelican, further down in the same thread there is another guy with a "1969 911T long block for sale 901/19", engine number not given.

    Engine type 901/11 24453 *6298524*
    about 90-95k mies when removed
    Long block stored in a storage since 1996
    There is what I want, there is what I can find, and then there is what I can afford...

    Found - 69T (typ 901/03) ROW engine 6191783, thought to be an originally fitted to an Australian delivered car.
    Somewhere out there in a quiet garage, a chassis is looking for its original heart.
