    Hill Country Spring touring

    Hill Country Rally 2008

    We are getting close to our deadline for the hotel to hold for our block of rooms and to the cut off time to be able to get the event shirts done in time for you to get them at the event.

    The hotel is holding our block of room until Friday April, 4. So get online or call to make sure you get a room. I am asking them to hold our block for a few extra days but no guarantees.

    We will have to turn in the shirt order soon to insure that the shirts are ready in time so get your event registration in as well.

    Remember there are 2 items the hotel and the event registration. I know we have some who have registered at the hotel and not for the event and vise versa.

    Hi Guys,

    If you are planning on coming to the event and have been procrastinating there is some good news and some heads up.

    The order for shirts needs to be turned in on Monday 4/7 for the shirts to be delivered in time for the event.

    The hotel has agreed to hold our block of rooms for a few more days.

    So get online and register and get your shirts ordered. Looks we will have a good turnout for a fun weekend in the hill country.

    Could you give me an estimate of members that will be there.
    I just want to make enough Plum Streusel and Apple Streusel cake, have enough drinks and Knoedel with Szegediner Goulasch and the alcohol free Pineapple Bowl.......nobody should go home hungry and thursty......

    Today we're at 27 for dinner, but we still may have a couple of last minute additions. Let's say 30 just to be on the safe side.
