    Looks great, Rich!

Good to see the Nring now comes with side cutouts. I was thinking I would have to get the ST seats for the cutouts.

Did you also get the seat rails from Stephan? How is the fit/height?

Thanks Henry. The Nurburgrings all have cutout potential and come with the plastic pieces for DIY, or you can have GTS do it like I did. I got the newest version of the tilting frame on the passenger seat and it seems to work pretty well...it also has sliders and bolts into the stock holes. The driver's seat came with mounting brackets and sliders, but you have to make your own cross members to set the seat height. They were pretty easy to fab up as I just set the height the same as the passenger seat. I need to adjust the driver's seat rake a little, but overall I'm really happy with the seats.

    Scheel 100

Just trial fitted one of a pair of old Scheel's which have been gathering dust in my loft - a big improvement over the 80's Recaro's that came with the car and plenty of room for my big butt.

    Side openings

    Hi Y'All,
thanks for the comments, all our seats ( steel framed ones ) come now with the openings in the frame and you have the choice to opt it at the time of purchase or at a later point just as Rich had said.
The Tilting bracket is now finally in stock and serves the Nurburgring, Sebring, TransAm and with our rework we can send it with the Avus , Rallye , ST and Sport S as a bolt in solution. It is a unit for both sides.
Here is also a picture of the tan inserts collection that we can offer, many were looking for the beige houndstooth and the beige corduroy.

    About those....

I was wondering.... Between the tilt brackets, the sliders and the seat, does the final product sit any lower than stock seats ?

I'm asking because each time I've gone aftermarket in a 911, I've ended up sitting higher than stock, which is not what I was going for... Short of repositioning the factory seal rails (hard done with fuel line on the tunnel side), would seats like the GTS get you any more clearance between your legs and the stock large diameter steering wheel ? Maybe if the seat cushion is shaved ?

I wonder if anyone could comment on that, who has the GTS seats... I'm sure your head won't hit the sunroof but how much lower (if at all) are you after the upgrade from stock ? Thanks !!!

Greg, I have the tilt bracket on the passenger seat only and the seat height is very close to stock with the Nurburgring seats. For the driver's side, I made up the support brackets to put the seat at the same height as the passenger side and it's perfect...for me (6' w/32" inseam).
