Wide corduroy in a 72/73 comfort seat

Can someone who knows for sure the original corduroy is still in their 72/73 seats measure the width of the ribbing from valley to valley please.

The replacement material I have has a 10mm measurement but I thought original was slightly smaller.

Hello Clyde, the most exact way of measuring would be to get the width of more than one rib. For example., take 10 ribs and measure the distance from the beginning of the first to the end of the last.
Only as a help to get a correct result.

I have had Michael's covers for my '67 sport seats and a '68 four foot bucket. All I can say is they are as close to original as possible. He has the goods. Maybe the cord.
