1970t - what the heck has somebody done to this exhaust

    Hi - first post.

I have just bought a 1970 t to restore from the US. The car is in transit to me (I am in the UK) and I'm trying to plan out my restoration. On the photos of the underside of the car I have noticed an exhaust setup that I haven't seen before. It looks like somebody has removed the original heat exchangers and replaced them with something. It does look as though there are heater hoses though? Could somebody help me understand what I am looking at here?

    Thanks

I think those are aftermarket replacements from a company named 'Triad'. They are no longer around.
