Thread: Single or dual master cylinder for 1966, question

Yup, my single circuit with braided lines felt better than the rubber lines when it was gone through. Actually usable before hand. Braided lines with Boxster calipers and a dual are better but not by a ton, perhaps a 1/2 ton. If you want to go big go 930 or the fancy Euro setup. "Duel circuit?" The dual circuit is so you don't have to duel when you only have half the braking system, insert smiling emoji...

I’m going to use Boxter brakes on a 67, they need a larger diameter master cylinder from a Mercedes.

As stated, check out the Alfa Brembo thread here. I had to buy new (used) struts for the 3.5 spacing needed. Considering the cost of those I'm rethinking my choice to not go the GT3 setup from ER. If your car is lowered that's another can of worms I addressed there too. Chuck at ER is great but I didn't know about PMB(?) in Utah at the time. If you PM I can give you a breakdown and pricing.
