Is the inside diameter exactly 71mm? Reason I ask is that the 3 segment tab on my car has an OD of 72mm.

Yes on the inside diameter. See the attached photo.

Note the bevel cut on the inside of the hole. These spacers fit on my 1970 911T rear hubs when I was trial fitting 7R wheels.

My 72T has now alu trailing arms and different hubs so that could be a reason why the size is a bit bigger. I have already a pair of 15 mm spacers that don't fit so either enlarge those or file to size the tabs. I keep the option open to buy your set and return my new spacers to the vendor. I do need bolts too..

I also have aluminum rear trailing arms from a 1974 car. I retained my old hubs and axles to eliminate any fitment issues.

The hub tabs are helpful to center your wheels and reduce wheel vibrations. I would not file them down to fit your spacers.

So the better option is to enlarge the ID of the spacers on a lathe to fit exactly over the hub tabs I guess.
