Just an evening warmup run on my local highway…pic just before I put the old 911 to bed…

Living only 15 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway north entrance, I find myself up there frequently. This cool Sunday morning was no different. First stop was Veritas Vineyard, then south on highway 151 to Devils Backbone, up 664 past Wintergreen to the Parkway, north on the Parkway to the north entrance, then home by 9:30am.

Now that we’ve finally gotten our nice summer weather, I’ve been commuting to work in Chester. As I was stuck in traffic the other day, I looked right into the chrome hubcap of a semi truck next to me and thought that was worth a pic

Out of it's 8 month hibernation here in the UK. Drove my ST to Beaulieu in the new forest. A good shakedown before our road trip to the Le Mans classic later this month.

Happens when I drive it

Picked-up the Nasty Car from TLG . . .

. . . then ran a coupla errands (birthday card + some groceries), tore off for home, went back to TLG for an 'adustment' (blush!) . . .

. . . then tore off for home, again --- in semi-rush hour traffic . . . on a Friday afternoon


K --- I know I'm making it sound slow . . . but --- it wasn't

Not the most spectacular place, everything happened around it. Last weekend Le Mans 24hr race....and only time early in the race when Porsche was leading the Hypercars..
