    If the skirt is on the C of A / Kardex I’d say absolutely YES. It’s a rare, quirky option. If it’s not on the original equipment list then fielder’s choice leaning towards a “NO.”

    My 69 E had a muffler skirt.. the COA folks probably did not have a clue what it was so they translated it as spoiler. I had the only 69 with a factory spoiler, yay. I like the way they look on the car and it is a rare sight.
