    Early orange hood crests...again

    Hi,
I've been searching for hours but can't find a post listing all the details between early first gen/ late first gen / second gen orange hood crests.

From my experience, we can find such differences :
    - smooth back / pebbled back (1st /2nd)
    - near the front leg : long spike / small spike (1st /2nd)
    - short R letter legs in "Porsche" (?)
    - small T letters in "Stuttgart" (?).

Does anyone know of a post or other that lists all these details?

    Thanks

P.S : I just found this crest (it's on its way, not received yet) and I think it is a really early one.

    Thanks Scott.
I always thought long spikes were only on the early ones. I have two second gen (pebbled back) and a red 901 from 1974 and they all have the small spike.
Does yours has the pebbled back?

So maybe it was possible to have the long or short spike whatever the generation.
That is exactly what I am trying to find out.
I am sure someone somewhere already did the job to list all the differences but I can't find where.

Although not like yours, it is an original from a 72/73. Not sure what other years.
