FS: 1966 Psychedelic SWB Period Hot Rod

Outstanding custom multi green paint and aluminum case 2-liter 6 conversion all done in the early 70's by the long term owner, Jerry Jensen who owned the car form 1968 until 2012. The car is in amazing condition throughout having been treasured by Jerry. The paint has held up remarkably well with just a light patina today with very little paint damage. The body is super straight and rust-free without any repairs or paintwork since originally painted. The interior is really pristine and very original including all vinyl, carpet, headliner and visors. 6 and 7 American racing replicas shod with new Avon tires. The '67 2 liter has been recently, fully rebuilt and runs like a watch. There is a 100-liter fuel tank with the proper perlon and a new Sport muffler. This great old Porsche exudes a cool Southern California '60s vibe and is just so cool in so many ways. This would make a great event car.

Wow...this is inspirational. Jerry did it his way and made a rolling piece of art. Love it a lot.

    Karmann Coupe - the '4' in 453310 indicates a Karmann fabricated body/chassis.

453310 was light ivory. How can it be original paint?

Answer is right there... original custom paint, not how it was delivered. Gotta admit Jerry Jensen's a pretty compelling story and his car is a great example of an early hotrod. I dig it.
