Rear 69 Parcel shelf mounts ?

Can someone tell what the two mounts on the top of the rear parcel shelf were used for, my guess was for shoulder mount seatbelts. There wasn't any cut outs on the vinyl covering.
    Thanks

The threaded bosses are for seat harnesses. While the vinyl wasn't normally cut for them in
'69, your parcel shelf card should have the cutout relief for them...... if original.

Thanks, so my guess was right then, I checked though photos and came across the vinyl covering and it indeed had the carboard cut out.
