The handles I sent to Christensen in LA.

The center pieces were nice as is.

Btw the cylinder with key was just for reference. I played with the thought of rekeying that one for the original key.

    Christensen plating in Vernon, CA

    Jose (Luis) de la torre.

He had a medical issue on my latest order (which took longer than normal), you might ask first if it’s over in case you are in a hurry

Use lubricant (like a penetrating oil) and push (work) it out. Inside the handle is a seal to which the spring housing sticks. Kind of similar to remove the push button from the spring house. It sticks due to old grease and a small nylon seal.

sorry i'm not exactly following (monday fog ). here's where i'm stuck.... i was able to remove the large "c" clip and also the tumbler. but the push button housing and the spring is what i don't know how to remove. that other metal ring-like item just left of the c-clip in your image is what i can't figure out how to remove.

It’s just pushed on. Carefully pry it off.
