    Help removing door pocket, '69

I know there is a 6 mm bolt holding the top of the door pocket here, but can't seem to figure out how to get to it. Afraid of peeling the rubber back on the top because it seems to be attached to the rubber just below the chrome strip. Also there are two plastic strips that seem to be holding the bottom to the door with 2 small rivets along the bottom. Do these need to be removed? Thanks for any help here.
