Unhappy Alain de Cadenet ... RIP ...

Alain de Cadenet died today at 76.... Very sad

One of his houses was here in SoCal ... He was around ... And was THE car and bike guy...

    - At my buddy's Alfa shop in 2016... He was an Alfa guy for sure !!!

    - A pic I took at the Pebble Beach tour lunch break in Carmel.
He was riding Rollie Free's infamous 1948 record breaking HRD ... Not having a comfortable time....

    R.I.P.

He was a class act for sure. My wife and I loved his Victory By Design series. So articulate and knowledgeable...

Despite the name which shows his French heritage Alain was born in London
