Love it! I just found out my project car was originally Sepia and posts like this make me want to return it to the original color.

quite the car! I have owned several sepia brown Porsches, special order 914, 69 912 targa, and a 71 911 coupe. I always tell people that the sepia brown cars were always in better condition than the other colors because people did not want to be seen in a "p**p brown colored Porsche so drove them very little. All of my sepias had very low miles on them

Welcome sweet looking car looks like it spent some time in my town (DMV) Wagonwerks was a well known body and paint shop still around under new ownership ..I knew the prior owner well and bought a few cars from him ..
Heishmans Porsche Audi was just down the street in Crystal City , bought second ‘96 TT there in ‘01 , and Manhattan Porsche Audi moved out to Rockville after originally being downtown DC , bought many parts for my first 911 E there and came to discover my ‘69 S had originally been sold there back in early ‘70 .
I had a TR6 in Sepia back in the eighties right after graduation from college ..always loved that color ,Bert

dr914 - The color reminds me of the 70's when I was a kid - My parents had a Pinto in a brown.
