Thread: What car does this 1968 owners manual belong to.

What car does this 1968 owners manual belong to.

I incorrectly purchased this manual when chasing an owners manual for my USA 68 normale 911

It was printed 4/68 and is in English.

Does anyone know what car this would have come with originally, it is not for a USA normale 911, that is all I do know.

    Thanks

Not at home again until Fri night but here is what I have learnt since posting.

Porsche Classic have a reprint say it is for 67 year model that is consistent with pics of the guages inside which all have the chrome ring. Definately printed 4/68 though seller sold it to me as a 68 I believed him due to printed date but seems later print of a 67 book. Didn't notice the rings on the guages until I owned the book I'll post printing version numbers on Friday. Thanks

I believe the blue band on the bottom indicates it is for a 67. The 68 drivers manual has a yellow-gold band.

Thanks for the input folks seems that 67 is confirmed.

Does the USA 67 car have USA on the cover like the 68 onwards did as trying to establish if this is ROW 67 v USA 67 now
