Fuel tank replacement or refurbishment for 70

I just finished stripping my fuel tank for my 70T. The tank is in fair shape with some repaired holes and some indentations on the underside from bottoming out that I would like to straighten out. To replace the tank with a Dansk, seems like some alterations need to be made....anyone know what they are? Anyone been able straighten out the underside of a tank?
    Thanks, Terry

Some of the dentless repair tools might allow you to pull out the dents in your tank. Some people cut them in half, clean them and then weld them together again. Or you can drill holes in the dent and pull them and then weld the holes. I don't know what mods are necessary with a Dansk tank, but if you have a good original, it's worth trying to revive it.
