    The DETA decal is from isaydingdong here in the UK. There was a thread about this previously. DETA would be correct for my 73 according to literature posted but this one has some minor design flaws, including wrong amperage and the D doesn't look quite right. I like the embossed Varta ones. We fuss over these details but then they are mostly covered by the battery clamp anyway. This is why I prefer the wider Porsche Moll one that JD posted even though it is not period correct for my 73.

    My 73 originally came equipped with Varta translucent batteries. US market car.
    I switched to Sonnencheins after a belly pan replacement.
