    Hi Dave,
    yes, I looks like a needle in a haystack. Lets narrow it down.
    Would prefer a early euro version ( might have a few 67 parts left over ), low vin ( not specific ), produced between July and September 1967.
    I already got a nice tangerine 68 S Sporto sunroof in switzerland.

    sorry for not making my search more specific from the beginning,
    - wanted a early sporto version of Porsche 911 produced before sep / 67

    i hear crickets... a euro spec 68 911S sporto built before September one of 2 perhaps?

    My 911(N) was 4th 911 targa built, and rolled off the line sept 4, 1967. Not sure where the coupe numbers are in that schedule but you would need one of the first 5 cars off the line and hope it was a sporto?

    Go to CPR's website they have a very nice early 68 soft window Sporto very nice car tangerine/black. just hit their website.

    This is a 911 normal Vin# 11880146 very early in the production could be the 146th built so this could be a Aug or Sept of 67 production car???

    No way. 1188004 was built 9/4/67. 146 is oct/nov

    Just found out from the owner it was 4/of 68.
