Need center pin for rear brake caliper 38 mm piston

I have a piston for my rear brake caliper that needs a center locating pin female section that fits inside the piston with a circclip . Does anybody know if I can get by without using this on one piston? Stoddard does not have this part. I need the round piece that sits in the center of the piston. It fits over the center pin of the brake caliper.
Thanks for the help looking forward to getting the car on the road.

That center pin is pressed into the caliper body... it doesn't exist as a spare part.
