    Do the cards get sent to the billing address? I never was prompted for a shipping address.
    Yes Max, is your 'billing address' the same same as your membership address?... the address that we send your ESSES?

    why has the paypal payment option been removed.? It say's you can use paypal but the option is not there at the final payment stage.? A real pain as i don't have a credit card.
