    Three things stand out for me in this picture. 1: Porsche once offered standard and special order colors that were outstanding. 2. Not one of these cars appears to be registered for use. 3) Every car has an oil pan.

    Does anyone have photos of some of the English language stickers that were placed throughout the interior on Japanese delivered Porsches? E.g. "HORN" on the horn button

    Yes, speedometers with the extra red warning stripes was part of the C08/C14 equipment packages for Japanese delivered vehicles in the 1970s.

    I drove an old Surf while stationed in Japan and I seem recall a chime which ding repeatedly whenever I exceeded 100 Km/hr. I lived in rural Northern Honshu so getting cited was less of a threat than in more populous areas.
