Yes, I've also seen twin heuer timers mounted on a Geneva Rallye plaque, so I imagine the above was not first prize, but maybe a class award or second/third place.

1) License plate topper from PCA's 12th Porsche Parade held in Washington D.C.
2) 11th International Porsche Ski Treffen 1968 hosted by the Porsche Club of Weisbaden held in Corvara, Italy. This event was the first Porsche Ski Treffen not organized directly by the factory although the factory was a sponsor and authorized the hosting club. Fritz Reu makers mark
3) 6th International Porsche Treffen hosted by the Porsche Club of Dreilandereck. This event was held at Titisee Schauinsland in the Black Forest from May 22 - 24 1970
