My understanding he's in Assisted Living.

Correct. I should’ve been more clear.

His trust/estate/fiduciary held a sale at his home (prior to or in tandem with listing the home for sale).

I live about an hour from LRP, so I woke up and said what the heck that day and went.

Some interesting stuff. Almost witnessed a fist fight in re to vinyl records.
