Here is another "racers car" but a bit more special than that - 119300940
It is Rico Steinemann's factory car from April 1969 when he took over from Husche von Hanstein as the head of the race department just in time for the 917 program which delivered Porsche its first outright win at Le Mans in 1970. He was cross entered in two of the 917's that year but did not start.
Rico was also a factory driver before that participating in prototypes for the 1967 and 68 season in 906's, 907's, 910's and 911's as well as participating in the Monza record attempt in the 911R
It is also noteworthy that it was a special paint car (6861) painted in the old 356 and 1965 911 color of Signal Red
In searching the database here it was owned by one of the members in the early 2000's by which time it had been repainted in Irish Green. I understand that it is still around in the USA, and possibly for sale, (obviously not mine). While the kardex does not show any options (in line with most factory owned cars) it has a dead pedal, sunroof, rear wiper, sports seats etc.

There were a lot of factory owned cars built around that time: The three acropolis cars: 0912, 0931 and 0932, Kurt Ahearns' car 0950 and Michael Piech's car 0970 as a minimum
