I believe they are Cibie 45's clear driving lights

Many thanks to everyone for the great input! I think they've been identified: Cibie 45 driving lights, 170mm, clear lenses.
Cheers,
John
As an FYI, Carello did make a 160, 160mm in the fog and spot/driving.
I think the same, fog lights with yellow glass are on V Elford 68 TR, not driving clear lenses:
- the glasses are blurred compared to the Cibié on the hood,
- there is an inlay in the middle of the glass of the clear driving glass which makes the whole width of the glass. The inlay is partial on the fog lights,
- the fog lights are oriented to the sides of the road.
- yellow fog lights were fitted to the 911 GTS, year 69

Interestingly the lights do not mount like "traditional" lights through the grilles. It looks like just a flat tongue sticks out through the bottom slot.
