This thread has been dormant for awhile, but it seems like the best place to post my question. The early Webasto heater switch employed a BYY20 blocking diode between terminals 2 and 3. Does anyone have a good photo showing the placement of that diode on the back of the switch? I am interested in seeing how the diode is attached to the spade connectors on the switch and wiring harness.
Any one restoring these. I have a 67 version, I think is 99% complete. cliff

It’s kind of an awkward position for trial and error. Does anyone know the length of the alu/paper hose from the y piece to the air duct under the cowl?
