Any body know if an early '66 911 (8-9/65) came from the factory with underseal on the insides of the front and rear bumpers or was it just the body color?
I thank you in advance,
Glenn

I don't believe they were undercoated, but hopefully someone will have a more definitive answer.
June 66 no undercoat inside the bumpers.
Richard
Yep...no undercoating.
John
Don't do it! (None here, April 1 1966)
Good...I didn't want to tape them off anyway! Thanks once again, for the great info!!
Same as what the rest say, but adding for the sake of posterity that Porsche started to put PVC inside the bumpers sometime after 1969 and before 1973.
1967 911S, 31-1-67, body color...
Nope...I have two original '69s..no undercoating on inside of bumpers. I have an original '73.5T in my shop right now...no undercoating.
My '67S ..no undercoating
My Jan 1 build 70S has its original undercoating on the both front and rear bumpers. Plus body color.
