Stumbled about a staple of center carpets for the trunk and wonder if all of them are original 70-5/73 ones.
the main difference seems to be the back of the felt (some are soft and some hard) and the distance from the front right corner of the wood pocket to the edge (9,5-12,5cm)

Only talking about the center part of the carpet.
The backsides of the two carpet shown in the middle on my second picture looks like the visible side while the back of the carpets shown left and right on the picture seem to have a layer to harden the carpet.
Wasn’t glued at all or?
I personally have never seen the center part glued. The side sections did have some glue applied.
My perlon center piece, which seems very original to the 1971 car, has a rubberized backing, sprayed on and tan in color.
And has plywood in a pocket.
